Banbury Dental Surgery

Unorganised, dropping things on the floor. Not explained what is being done. Just seems very unprofessional and like she didn’t know what she was doing.The last twice I have been dentist have been ‘stuck in traffic’ and not even at the practice when I’ve arrived and left early to allow for traffic. Now just had next appt cancelled which has been booked for 6 weeks.

Really disappointed by my experience at the dentist today. My dentist turned up late for the third time. And then rushed my appointment of three filling in 15 mins. She injected me and then started work straight away it’s so painful. ☹️

My husband and I had check ups this morning. The dentist and the dental assistant were very friendly, and extremely professional. The dentist put me at ease and explained various points to me. She gave me advice and made suggestions. I felt ‘looked after’

I had an appointment at 12:00 noon with the Hygienist followed by appointment at 12:30 with the dentist for a check up. Both appointments were on time. The Hygienist was excellent taking care to make sure that I was comfortable before she started. Allowing me to plug my music in so I didn't have to listen to the sound of the equipment. She was very efficient and gentle. At the end she advised me to change the size of TePe Interdental Brush I was using and gave me the correct size one. After visit to Hygienist I saw the dentist who was equally efficient. For someone who has never been a fan of visiting the dental surgery it was a good trip to Banbury Dental Surgery.

Just had my annual check up. I was reminded of the date well in advance and then just before the visit. On arrival there was a friendly greeting; the appointment was on time and the dentist explained everything clearly so I was more than pleased.

just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Jai, so happy with the results. thank you to the whole team who provided me with a comfortable journey. would highly recommend.

I paid 45£ for X-ray an they said printer is not working, I asked to send me X-ray on email and very nice they said will send me on the same day but they didn’t. After 3 days I was back to dental surgery and asked nicely to send me on email my X-ray. They sent blank pages after checking. Manager was noticed, after 15 minutes waiting (5 mgbytes to download) and finally sent to me that X-ray, funny two pics jpg edited with characters on my dents when I can’t see all the details correctly. Wasting time and my money for nothing. Very unprofessional!

I have been a patient with the practice since 2008 and have always been well treated. I usually visit the hygienist who makes a great job of giving my teeth that extra deep clean. There have been a few dentists during the years but they have all been friendly and professional. I haven't needed any serious work for a few years but I am thinking about having a bridge to fill a gap after a suggestion by my current dentist.

I had Invisalign here and I am very pleased with the results. Dr Jai was friendly, informative and very professional. My Invisalign journey was smooth and thorough. I would highly recommend.
