Stephen helped me with a problem with my boiler - very simple fix which he guided me to do via a few text messages. Was fully expecting to have to get somebody out to fix it and pay a small fortune for the privilege - Stephen could have very easily come over and made a meal of it and charged me £100 due to my lack of knowledge but showed his class by sharing his knowledge - Marston Heating will be my first call for any problems I have in the future, they have earned my trust.

Stephen is both professional and personable. He keeps you informed of what needs doing and the best option to take forward. I recently had my central heating system flushed and cleaned by Stephen. He was at my house for over 6 hrs to ensure the job was done properly. I would fully recommend using Marston Heating for any gas boiler/CH system issues or maintenance.

The great thing about Marston Heating is that they are responsive, keep you informed and do what they say they are going to do.
