Just love this store. The staff are always friendly and helpful, I visit there at least once a week and the staff know who I am as I walk in the door.My order is always processed quickly, the range of sticked product is excellent and the value for money is always good.Like any store you need to ensure the product you're buying is suitable for the job at hand and it's application - you can buy a battery drill for under £30 or over £300 - depends on its intended service life.Returns process is easy and no quibble, on the odd occasions I have needed to use it.Ordering to collection is normally a matter of minutes - I can't fault them!Thank you Toolstation!

I started using the Severals branch at the beginning of the lock down and now go out of my way to shop there. The staff are very helpful who recognise you as a regular customer and treat you accordingly. I must mention Julie and Karen, they are so helpful, sometimes when I do a click and collect, the ordered items are on the counter waiting when they see me approaching. Thanks, Bob Coote

Very competitive pricing. Having just placed three orders for seven items, all ready for collection within minutes. On arrival goods were instantly located and handed over by very cheerful and efficient staff with no hassle whatever. Very refreshing.

Lovely store to walk into staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are well satisfied. Nice location with plenty of parking and store is always well presented and clean.Memebers of staff that are a real Credit to the company are Becky and Karen I always try to make sure that I pop in and get what I need when either one of them are working.Would recommend to anyone to use this store more then any other company or stores in colchester area.

Purchased a mop and bucket today and the two staff members were excellent! They worked together to find the items very quickly. Great customer service.
