These guys are absolute angels. I took my 3yr old with a flat tyre on his balance bike, 15mins before closing. Despite being busy, they managed to fit us in and avoid a weekend of tears. Very grateful! Thank you.

We have just purchased 2 mountain bikes from these guys and I'd just like to say how blown away we were by the service provided. The people there are not only knowledgeable about all things bike whatever the genre but also genuinely friendly and helpful. First time we have used this shop for our cycling needs but it's the only place we'll be using from now on.

From Woe to Go.Bought an electric bike here August 2021. Was all fine at 1st then the power stopped working. Fault was found to be rear wheel hub. A new wheel arrived and was fitted within a week. All good then same happened again. I was then told by Caygills to bring the bike back and it will be replaced as not fit for purpose. 5 days later picked up new bike, no quibbles at all. Customer service 2nd to none.

I've always popped into buy bit and bobs and theyre really friendly and helpful. Recently i took my Scott Addict in fora service, it was clicking on the cassette and brakes were tired and I was a little dissapointed by the bike as I've had previouswhich I loved.Well Scott at Caygills serviced it and I'm in love with it.It rides better than new. I can not rate them highly enough
