Very impressed with this family run business who clearly take great pride in all they do. They are knowledgeable, helpful, professional and excellent quality. Because they make the blinds themselves I only had to wait 2 weeks for all the blinds to be fitted in my new build house. Everyone from the sales, fitters and lovely shop manager Emma were friendly and efficient. I would really recommend this company.

Great experience from start to finish with Chalford Blinds. They quoted varied options after the home visit, were responsive and friendly during fitting and when I popped into the showroom with queries. They also offer great value - I found their pricing comparable to the 'made to measure' service from one of the big retailers - with the bonus that I didn't have the hassle of fitting the blinds myself. Great to support a local business who care about their customer experience and offer a strong warranty/guarantee on their products.

They actually make the blinds on the premises so this shop is organised chaos, a bit scruffy and all the better for that. Wide range of fabrics, great people, good advice, excellent blinds at fair prices.

I had a pair of cotton curtains made by Chalford blinds a few years ago. The material wasn't pre-shrunk by Chalford blinds and when I took them to dry cleaning a couple of weeks ago and they came back 6cm shorter. I phoned Chalford binds and they arranged an appointment this morning. I arranged to be at home and they haven't turned up.

Shocking, wanted to deal with a local company, made an appointment 2 weeks before ha d for 11:30, I then rang on the day double checked and was told 11:30 confirmed, I then come to my house at 11:10 to find a card which stated called at 11:05 please call to rebook, I then called and was told by the guy on the phone sorry he can’t come back you will have to rebook, obviously they don’t need the business absolutely shocking.
