We called him out as an emergency!! Water leaking from the ceiling at 9pm... no idea where it was coming from. From the first call, right through to him arriving he was in contact and was very understanding... we were panicking!He was friendly, reassuring, helpful, professional and honest. He not only managed to stop the leak, but went ahead and fixed what could be repaired, advised us on next steps and stayed behind to clear up...Can't thank him enough for coming out to us, and staying to make sure everything was in working order... heating, water, plumbing and the rest of the radiators in the house, even the boiler. Thank you so much.

Amazing service. Showed up on time and had the boiler fitted within 2 hours. The boiler is more eco friendly and came with a thermostat! Faruk worked so hard I'm really impressed and would definitely use them in the future.

Just had a boiler replacement( Worcester Bosch) from Dynamo plumbing.Engineer came when he said he would and was polite and very friendly. He explained what needed doing and how much it would cost. He was very professional, easy to talk to talk. Price was very competitive compared to other quotes I had received.A pleasure to have in the house. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Siraj was absolutely great. Did a good job installing our radiotor and service on the boiler.definitely recommend him.

Had a bad leaking outside tapI rang a few plumbers nothing doing no answer etc Dynamo was the only one who rang me back and said he would come over in the hour to fix the problem which he did no problems at all he is well worth using for plumbing problems

Boiler broke down on Wednesday, spoke to dynomo on Thursday morning. They came out Thursday afternoon at a time convenient to me and had a new boiler fitted on Monday lunchtime! Amazing service. As we were at work but without heating and hot water Siraj came out at 7 am on Monday morning so we could meet him before we had to be at work! We weren't back from work until after six but the job had been done by lunch time, Siraj came back at 9pm (best time for us!) And showed us how to use it all. The house was left clean and tidy, (I think they even left it cleaner than before they got here!). If your looking for a reliable plumber / heating engineer I would definitely recommend them!

A very speedy response to my online request from Dynomo. The work was carried out in less than a week from the first contact. The improvements to my bathroom and cloakroom were excellent and good value for money. I would however caution customers requiring an emergency response to consider the quotation carefully. I was charged a very high price for a replacement stop tap, much more than a family member was charged by a local plumber a few months ago. Subject to negotiating a fair price, I would be extremely happy to use Dynomo again in the future as the standard of work was very high.

Rang Siraj when I had a problem with the central heating, he sorted it out over the phone and didn't charge me. Then booked a basic service and he came after a few days. He was professional, explained everything he was doing to me. Would definatly recommend him to others and I will be booking him for my annual service again and any other boiler needs.
