Great activities for kids from 6 years old. I was happy for both of my children to climbs high walls and facing the fear. Helpful staff.

Absolutely shambolic customer service today. I’ve been using this soft play for 5 years and my experience really reiterates to all businesses that your customer service is only as good as your last interaction.We had a session booked and arrived 20 minutes early. Took a seat in the winter garden and the staff immediately came over and said that we couldn’t sit here. The reason? We hadn’t bought anything from the shop. I explained that we were going to as we were on the next session, and we’ve been doing this for 5 years. It didn’t matter. “The big boss” doesn’t like it so the staff have to enforce it - despite several other members of the public coming up and sitting at the other empty tables without using the shop, unchallenged.When I went to the till to question it I was told it’s nothing to do with the shop, it’s actually because of a woman on a plane that died because she had allergies. What!? This absolute nonsense was the icing on the proverbial cake. I cancelled the booking and said I wouldn’t be back - absolutely zero customer resolution, zero attempt at delivering any service and zero common sense or informed decision making.I emailed the customer service email address but based on other reviews it’ll be filed in the recycle bin.

This place was amazing. We got there a little early and settled into the soft play areas Cafe, all sectioned out and covid safe. The soft play area (where our two 3 year olds went to play) was great. It was over 3 levels and looked like so much fun, so much that I wished I was small enough to get in there and run around too. While they played the three older kids went down to the aerial adventure, and had an absolute blast. A more condensed set up, it has everything you would want for your adrenaline seeking children's needs. The three kids, aged from 10 to 14, climbed and laughed and competed and loved every minute of their time there. The staff were all so friendly, from the receptionists to the guys and gals watching over your little loved ones. The cafe was brilliant, and has a large range of really delicious things on offer, including the caffeine filled ones (which were excellent and required to keep up with the newly energised children). I cannot sing the praises of this place highly enough. If you want to keep your kids busy, thrilled and then exhausted later, this is a great place to start. I think we will head off to the east Kilbride one next, it looks like it was sent from rommulus to beam us all up.

Great fun climbing the different walls. My kids loved this & it's great to build their confidence with heights. This is more challenging than you think, especially when you're near the top. Its very safe, all strapped up & device(pulley) at the top stops you from falling.1hr slot is perfect to try everything (even more than once if you have energy left)The climbing guides who are there clip you in each climb/wall you want to do. Check in up at the top where the soft-play section is

My son thoroughly enjoyed himself, thanks to the staff. It makes all the difference. He had a lovely birthday.I would have made this a regular session if it was closer to home.A special thanks to Declan

I had my daughters 3rd birthday party here on Sunday. The party was well organised from start to finish, the young girl dealing with us was really pleasant and often checked that everything was ok/if we needed anything. The venue was clean and there was a great selection of food for the children to eat in the winter garden. This party was amazing value for money (10 children, 80 mins soft play, 1 hour lunch and food included £120). My daughters and her friends had loads of fun!

Brilliant soft play with attached climbing activities and cafe. Fair prices and friendly staff with a decent menu in the cafe and plenty to do for the kids.

My 9 year old went to Ariel adventures with a friend and both their 6 year old sisters and they all loved it. Lovely friendly staff and really encouraged kids when they were unsure about certain climbs. Thanks!
