Myself and my children have been students at Aegis for 3yrs. Its a very friendly / welcoming place. Knowledgeable instructors, health and fitness advice is given for those who need it. Learn in yor own time with no pressure approach. Thoroughly enjoying it.

awesome place with awesome instructors. learn how to fight and defend yourself quickly (I pick it up and im just dumb) its also great for fitness, you can go there and get fit fast, really makes you sweat every lesson, so even if your not keen on martial arts you can go there just for the fitness if you want.
