Terrible got an email to say my phone was there got there waiting nearly 2 hours to be told they didnt have my phone come home ring vodaphone for them to tell me the shop have cancelled my whole order!!! Absolutly terrible will never use tonbridge vodaphone the bloke didnt even know what he was doing!@

I went in to the Tonbridge shop with my sister who had problems with her phone. The assistant named Jim was so helpful he sorted her out and was so informative. My sister will be returning later for an upgrade.

Went into shop with genuine problem connecting new Vodaphone V8 phone bought yesterday to my BT hub and the shop staff, including the manager, were brusk and combative in dealing with me. I've been a loyal Voda phone customer for more than ten years but came out of the shop with just the sim card in my hand (no bags provided) and without a phone.Reckon I'll try O2 once the contract runs out.

Very helpful staff in store. That's part was great. Like my SIM, everything is working fine (low 4G indoor, but outdoor the data power is good).Otherwise, the broadband service is incredibly bad. They tried to activate my broadband twice (they cut off my neighbourgh's broadband instead!!), still no broadband working after 1 month and half... Unbelievable...Go to Vodafone for your SIM, but definitly not for your broadband.

Some of the deals are reasonable, and you generally get a good signal. If not, they have a Suresignal device for around £50 that routes your mobile data over the internet (full signal at home via the sure signal device). Note, many modern phones do calls over wi-fi so a suresignal device may not be necessary. Check for this feature first.In terms of the shop, I find that if the staff are busy, they don't say I'll be 20 mins
