After getting married in Italy my wife left in her wedding dress to be cleaned for our reception in NI. Originally they told her it would be 2 weeks. Turned up to collect after 2 weeks and they had not even started to clean it. Said it would be another week. Called back a week later and the dress was still not ready. This was a Saturday and told us to call back on Monday. 5 days before our party we finally got the dress back. Still had to wait 5 or 10 minutes when collecting as the dress was still not ready to collect. Stressful experience for my wife and at a cost of £100 for the cleaning I would expect better service. Not be back.

Brilliant service and on time too

My mum left a dress in to be cleaned which had several stubborn stains caused by the embellishment on the dress rusting. The dress came up good as new and she received excellent customer service. Highly recommended

This is place is very poorly run and really awful customer service. After losing our tickets we where made to wait three weeks for the return of a duvet. After four visits to the shop , each time we where not offered any level of helpfulness. The owner was extremely rude to me after our fourth visit on front of other customers and children, so she let herself down and her business. I was told to come back on half hour out of them being awkward and rude with me. She didn't listen once to our experience, instead was rude and arrogant and very quick to jump on me about a lost ticket and how she had 100s of white duvets. I will be spreading my unhappy view.

Express?!? Are u kidding me!! 3 weeks for a duvet!! Rude owner!! And god help ya if u lose ur ticket as they have no system in place for this!! And if they do they to lazy to use it! Seemingly this is a big place and all ur stuff gets thrown out the back. Dry clean here at ur own risk!

A friendly family run business that is well established in the town for many years.Any dry cleaning that you require this place is a must I never go anywhere else.

Had a horrible experience with this dry cleaners. Tanya the manager was rude arrogant and had zero customer service skills. My son had left a three-piece suit to be dry cleaned when he went to collect it he was told not ready call back. When I called back days later, I was first of all given the wrong suit, after bring out the correct suit the waistcoat was missing and when I told her this she insisted no waistcoat had been left in despite my docket showing three pieces and her original docket also showing three pieces which was since scored out and changed to two. She continued to insist that my son had not left this waistcoat in and told me a fabricated story of how she noticed this was missing as soon as he left the shop. She was extremely unhelpful and hostile and completely dismissed me to serve other customers in the shop.After double checking with my son, I went back up that afternoon to explain how he definitely did leave in the three piece suit to which my daughter and I were met with the most disgraceful attitude and behaviour I have ever experienced. She insisted we were in the wrong, were lying about the waistcoat and refused to acknowledge she could be mistaken.After being subjected to this behaviour she again dismissed us by putting her hand up when we were speaking, rolling her eyes and refusing to check CCTV to resolve the issue.Again, she moved around us to another customer and continued rolling her eyes at us as we left the shop.Numerous phone calls later, after most likely speaking with the owners- she still did not accept but as in her words ‘I still don’t believe this was handed in but I will have to take your word for it’ she reluctantly agreed to cover the cost of a new waistcoat.My son then called back and advised he had a replacement reserved and advised of the cost £69.99 to which she wanted proof in the way of a receipt. However before collecting the replacement a phone call came through and she had finally found the waistcoat that we had supposedly not left in. Very unapologetic for her behaviour towards us and waistcoat was not even dry cleaned.I would love to know why she changed the docket from 3 pieces to 2 pieces, this was obviously done in a panic when she realised that she had lost my sons waistcoat and this very alarming as I am sure other people would not have been as sure as we were and have been left without their items.Only compensation offered was a free dry clean of the suit however after this experience I would never use this dry cleaners again and will be advising others of our experience.I believe this woman needs extra training in customer service as she is doing the business severe harm judging by all the other reviews.
