Iris Brickfield Play Area
Well maintained park which is dog friendly and has lots for children to do too. There's an enclosed toddler play area, but plenty more swings and climbing frames outside of that area for older kids. Dogs are often off lead and the area is busy with dogs in the mornings especially.

Small wildlife park with pond, reed bed and wooded areas. Small children's play area. The park is also popular with dog walker's.

Local green space in Heaton, an enclosed junior play area and older kids equipment spread out in a landscaped area. Popular for dog walkers, children and relaxing. In need of some tlc from Urban Green, particularly the pond, drainage issues and rather narrow footpaths. But still a lovely oasis in s built up area with lots of birds, trees and the occasional orchid if you know where to look.

Currently open with no restrictions on use. The play areas are small and the paths can be quite muddy in places. Very popular with dog walkers who mostly seem to cleanup after their dogs.

A large park with lots of space whether you’re walking your child or your dog. The play area is quite safe - for your child; do not let your dog loose in there!

Great place to chill or take your dogs. It's not a big park but it's enough to give your dogs a good stretch. Friendly park too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
