Kwik Fit - Oldbury

Guy who take care of me was very friendly and efficient. Tyre was replaced without fuss and few min later i was on my way! Highly recommended!

Ordered 4 Goodyear Eagle F1 asymmetric 6 tyres online and had they delivered to the Oldbury branch. I did have a nail in the rear of my old tyre and wanted to replace the other 3 asap.Booked my car in and looked forward to getting the new tyres fitted. But because my car is a little lowered I asked them not to use their scissor ramp as it looked way too high for my car to drive over.Instead asked for them to use a trolley jack but with blocks but they don't have the latest trolley jack's and don't use blocks to lift so said they couldn't fit the tyres. Plus the guy who was going to fit the tyres seemed like he didn't know one end of a tyre to another. I did have to step in and stop him trying to fit the trolley jack without the block.I asked if I could take the tyres minus their fitting charges and I'd get someone else fit them. They said they don't allow for that and I'd have to cancel the order and buy from elsewhere.Which I did via BMTR the very next day. My car drove onto their ramps with ease and they had the right trolley jacks and blocks if it didn't.

The guy who served me was really on the ball - friendly and professional. He acknowledged me as soon as I walked in which is super-important. And I was served really quickly. I asked for his name but I'm afraid I've forgotten but I asked for it to send a note to his manager but he said he was happy with a Google review. I thought you might ask for a review so I've waited until I can do this one. I got a flat late on Saturday night so on the Sunday I drove to a couple of places - your first Kwik Fit garage couldn't do me until the Monday - I drove and found this one in Oldbury and thankfully they had a tyre in stock. Just one note - the new tyre wasn't set at the right pressure. It was 36 - but my tyres should be 40. And in fact the other three tyres which were 40 when I went in were showing 36 on my sensors - so I don't know if the chap had set the new pressure at 36 then gone round and matched all the pressures - obviously with good intentions - but they were the wrong pressure.

Been using this branch of Kwik Fit and only have positive things to say.They have never tried to hard sell anything I didn't need which is very refreshing for a garage. I am also always kept fully appraised on MOT's as they progress them.I am glad that over the years I have sent them a lot of custom through my recommendations to friends and family.

Kai advised me of what I needed and why he gave me options on different types of tyres and prices and I felt confident driving my car after the replacements had been fitted

Always received great service here and it's now my number one choice for servicing and MOT. I usually drop the car off in the morning but if you want to wait there's a good-sized waiting area, or you could pop into Oldbury (a short walk up the road) to grab food or a drink if you might be waiting a while. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Fantastic service. First time me using Kwik Fit Oldbury for my MOT. They were kind enough to keep my car for a couple of days. Friendly service and will definitely use again. Thanks guys!

Have had 3 new tyres over the past few months and the colleagues have always been really caring and knowledgeable in order to get them sorted as soon as possible. I didn't book an appointment but they were able to accommodate each time and that was very much appreciated.

My wife went today no other cars in the garage. Needed 1 tyre which they has in stock but couldn't fit till tomorrow. No wonder they always look empty.
