Great shop and great management, my family and I have never had such a warm welcome in a shop before. Within a few minutes the Manager Stuart had my two boys sat down with free models cutting and building them

Dropped into the Perth shop to introduce my son to the hobby after over 24 years of not being involved with Games Workshop/Warhammer. Even as absolute novice/newbies, we were made to feel really welcome by the guy working there and it made me so nostalgic, I felt the same excitement I did as a boy setting foot in the Royal Mile shop all those years ago. I’m really glad this place still exists for generations of modellers to enjoy and I’ll be back again to buy supplies soon!

My son and I were international visitors and came by this store. Wanted to say that the service we received from the manager there was exceptional, and he took the time to explain and demonstrate GW offerings amazingly. I ended up buying a complete DA army to spend time with my son working on. I want to say a big thankyou and hope his regional manager reads this. He is an example of what great customer service is about. Thank you! Will definately stop by again when we are back in Scotland!

Been in a couple of times with the kids and Ross made a great effort to engage with them, get them involved and feel welcomed into the world of warhammer. They've been talking about it non-stop and can't wait for the intro painting session.

I have wandered into a few Warhammer shops before out of curiosity. The staff are always friendly, but quickly see that I'm only browsing and not there to buy anything so leave me be until I wander out.Today I wandered into this one with my special lady and Stuart (manager it seems) was just awesome. He gave me a great overview of the Warhammer world (no easy task) answered all of my questions and was just delightful to be around. Great to see someone awesome at their passion.

My trial painting session was made very enjoyable with Kieran accompanying me.He is very friendly and most knowledgeable on warhammer. I saw him interact with a few customers during my stay, he was very helpful and quick with providing fitting recommendations. A very approachable guy who was able to fill an hours time with enjoyable conversation and managed to peak my interest in the hobby.

Manager was great very helpful with finding the best models from r both myself and friends.Good and friendly environment within the store always feel welcome and involved.If you collect the hobby or are interested in it, this is definitely a must visit store.
