Worst Argos collection experience ever! You shouldn't have really given your customer such an impatient and straight face in the new year!

Horrible customer service. Sold me a faulty £1000 pc and when I returned it hoping for a raplacement in the condition it was sold to me they gave me the number for the wrong manufacturer support. The employee that I was dealing with needs to brush her hair and straighten her face.

I would not recommend exchanging/returning a product here, very bad customer service.

Very rude customer service. Went to go exchange a product ,the lady at the desk wasn’t exchanging it as it has been opened and was saying that it needs to be completely sealed and you’ve not sealed it right. The lady rudely behaved wouldn’t recommend to go to Forge Argos to exchange or return product

Made to feel like a criminal when returning a product. I am surprised they don't have a room to shine a strong light into your face, for a full interrogation. Is Argos High Command to blame for these tactics, or do certain branches employ staff that have gone on their SS training. Never used to be like this and not just this store. Would think twice about purchasing in future and I will probably resort to companies that provide no quibble money back guarantee, unless I need something urgently.

Fantastic customer service. Purchased a faulty laptop by Acer (Acer Aspire 3 17.3in i3 8GB 1TB Laptop - Silver) which was not resolved by Acers UK repair centre. Offered an exchange straight away and now have an excellent Lenovo laptop. 5*

On Tuesday around 5:30 I walked in to the store to get an exchange on a tv I had under warranty, I went to the counter and met a not so lovely woman called Margaret, I told her my tv is under warranty and it’s broken so I need a replacement, she asked when I purchased the tv and I told her “around a year ago” bare in mind my English is not great and she immediately said you don’t have warranty, I calmly said I have emails from customer service to show I am entitled to a replacement, she told me it’s out of warranty without even looking at the email. I then said “can you please look at the email darling” she got offended I called her darling which in my broken English I understand it to be friendly. Anyway she continued being so rude to me and mocked my broken English, I asked for a manager and she claimed she was the manager and I’m not getting a replacement. In conclusion the for absolutely nothing, I am very unhappy about the customer service in there and will be reporting to Argos directly.

Wish I could give 0 star to this particular store, Manager was absolutely rude and not help at all. Product quality is lowest. Shame Argos is a big name and chain but not worth anymore now.
