I recently ordered a Snowpeak M60. Hassle free and an excellent delivery service. Staff are really friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about their trade. So much so I decided to order a second air rifle for my son. When I called to enquire and mentioned how pleased I was offered free delivery, courtesy of Elliot. I am really pleased with this shop and will continue to give them my business going forward. Thank you all

I went in to the shop and was greeted by a jovial chap,who made me feel very welcome,anyway I wanted a pcp and this chap whose name was Gordon (I think) set me up with a cracking combo and zeroed the gun as well, fantastic shop 11/10

I had a fantastic experience at DAI Leisure. Their expertise in helping me choose the perfect air rifle, the Walther Reign M2, was exceptional. They even zeroed the scope with just three pellets. The customer service is top-notch. If you're looking for an outstanding shop for air rifles, DAI Leisure is the place to go. Highly recommended!

You asked for reviews so happy to provide...Great customer service when selling. Terrible after service when a rifle breaks a few days later.After giving them fair time to repair or replace a faulty new rifle which they couldn't do I asked for a refund which I was told I COULD have. I took the day off work and drove a few hours there to be told they've changed their mind and the manager refused to refund me, as per my 30 day consumer rights. I left empty handed awaiting a replacement.Rifle came into stock a few days later and then sat in the shop for 10 DAYS before they tried to deliver it to me.I was also asked to not write negative comments about DAI online and asked to remove any comments I'd made about this situation etc.All this is backed up by text evidence from an employee of theirs who isn't actually an employee he just works there for cash in hand.So yeah. I'd give them a pass.I'm sure they'll have PLENTY to say about this review.

These guys know there stuff. Needed help with an online order I had mad a mistake on. Picked up the phone in three rings sorted it in 5 minutes. Great customer service.

Not impressed at all, just come 110 miles down the country to pick a gun up that was supposed to be in stock.Got there to be told its not available, took about 10/15 minutes of browsing before I had to approach a member of staff myself to be helped"... all in all it seemed like a very clicky place and nobody working in there seemed interested in my custom... so whatever I'll go and spend my hard earned cash somewhere else!"

Fantastic 'boys toy' shop with great selection of airguns as well as their accessories and also very friendly knowledgeable staff. (They were even patient enough to let Mrs Viking handle almost all the guns in the shop before she, finally, made her mind up.)

I rate the guys at DAI highly, they provide great customer service. I bought an air gun for my dad and they were very welcoming and accommodating. They even offered a free delivery when the air gun I wanted was out of stock.After mistakenly buying a lower calibre weapon I was given a hassle free exchange. I will definitely be using then again
