This was a truly unfortunate experience & both myself & my wife would rate the food as the worst Chinese food we have ever had to the point we actually threw it all away.Not only that but when we ordered our food we asked for a portion of egg fried rice & when we got back to where we were staying the food wasn't in the bag. We called up & were informed it had been forgotten to be put in so I travelled the 10 minutes back to then be told actually they didn't forget it at all but they wouldn't show the order ticket so I had to purchase it again.

Great quality food , and delivery is fast and still piping hot . One of the best Chinese deliveries that we have had.

Absolutely superb takeaway, piping hot even after driving home to eat it, vibrant, very tasty fresh looking meal, compared to some Chinese takeaways in town. Along with its sister restaurant/takeaway you can't beat it.

Like every other Chinese restaurant in Hereford the prawn toast has no prawn meat in it. It would be good if the Cantonese sweet and sour chicken were fresher/crispier with more peppers/ veg for balance. Egg fried rice has no egg in it. Just a yellow colour. Not the worst in town but also not trying to be anything special.

they said it would be with me in 45 minutes it ended up being an hour late and it was freezing!! i am not happy whatsoever, i had to microwave all of the food before eating it what a joke!!!!

Very poor customer care,I had the wrong order delivered to my house,Not for the first time either, they told me they were to busy to send me the right food.Instead I was promised a free order next time, which they then refused they had ever offered meWon’t be going back again
