TERRIBLE aftercare service! My car went to sytner leicester recently for an end of warranty check. I flagged a few of my concerns which were completely overlooked.I've since tried to make contact over the last few weeks and have been completely ignored. This will be my first and last BMW. I'm used to a much better service and far superior build quality from other car manufacturers.

Paid £2900 for a inspection 2 service on a 22k mile Bmw M3 e46. The diff seal was replaced too.. 500 miles later its leaking from the seal.. took the car back.. was called to be told its not what they changed!They quoted £500 for the work to be done.I then went down and confirmed on the invoice the part number they had used.. was the right seal.. saved myself 500!No apologies not even a sorry! Last time I go there. Disgusting.
