We worked with Ashleigh for our recent house sale. She was absolutely fantastic! Her patience, positivity and drive to keep the process moving and everyone up-to-date throughout was great. She even put up with my moaning when other members of the chain were slow and frustrating! I'm not sure she could have done more for us. Having everything (conveyancing and estate agents) under one roof is really useful as the team was able to keep each other up-to-date (and us). Had my property conveyance through the Ocean Property Lawyers and had a good experience. The assigned lawyer raised questions to the owner that I could not think of and got the documents that I needed apart from all the registrations and other miscellaneous stuff. All the other staff were friendly and helpful right from the start. There are one or two parking spaces but there are a few up at Aldi or in the residential area. I felt a bit overcharged but, for the service they provided I did not feel bad. Recommended if you are looking for your conveyance.
