Disgusting treatment of disable d people. Expecting a disabled lady when I'll to drive 100 miles round trip to pick up and phone that they say can not be repaired and to drop off a loan one, in business things can be transferred from one store to another, all with internal forms to be filled. Asked to drive all those miles when I'll is so bad there are no words.

Massive problems with EE and The Mobile mess ups but Kyle was just great. Unlike customer services in the call centres he got me sorted in 10 minutes. Incredibly grateful for his help.

Was welcomed immediately by a gentlemen called Fergus,who advised me on the correct hand set which was best suited to my needs.Left the store confident with the knowledge I had been advised correctly and with the best insurance for my needs.Would Highly recommend ee Aberystwyth for top quality customer service.

great service from both Billy and Fergus, both were really knowledgeable an helpful.

Joe was really helpful. I went in to sort a problem with my contract after I'd been mis sold a device at the Oswestry store. Joe explained everything really well and called customer services on my behalf to resolve the issue. I can't thank him enough, this is the type of sales advisor you need in a shop. Honest and helpful unlike Max at the Oswestry store.

I had problems with email's and passwords so called in the shop in Aberystwyth. The staff member that helped me was brilliant and explained everything and sorted problem out quickly.Thank you so much

Unfortunately I have to leave this review because the salesperson did not warn me that I was only allowed two attempts at giving credit check information before I was locked out of trying again for THIRTY DAYS. I need a phone for work, and the only phone they could offer me without a credit check was around a measly £10 less a month for a tenth of the phone.All I want to do is give you my money for the service you provide. I am in the greatest financial position of my life and yet your system refuses me. I am quite literally forced to go to another provider.
