Relax care has been the best company so far since I have been working in care. It has been a very good experience working with them, they provide excellent services to their clients, and look after their staffs. I would encourage clients to use their services. All our clients appreciate the continuity of care and our professional approach. I adored the fact that our company Relax care is creating us, the employees, with the utmost care to uphold that RESPECT throughout. Being a proud member of this organisation that supports humanity gives me great pleasure.

It's my first time working as a community care giver and Relax care is a great company if you want to build your career in care. I love the way they treat their staffs and all the clients are amazing as well. Everyday you will get to learn something new from your senior colleagues and from the clients.

My journey as a student with relax care.I applied for the advertised vacancy, I was shortlisted and was invited to an interview... Care has always been a passion of mine as I was fortunate enough to care for my nan before she passed away... So I was looking forward to my interview.On arrival at the interview location, I struggled to find the building and thanks to some kind stranger! A gentleman, he helped me locate the building... The interview went well and after a few days I was offered the job.I must say I have been very impressed with Relax Care, right from the on boarding process, I was kept up to date with the various steps. I was put through my pace and had to complete a number of online care modules... It was useful learning with wealth of information to help me carry out my work in the most effective, efficient and compliant way.Relax Care is very flexible and extremely accommodative, as a student, they were able to accommodate my university timetable and offered me hours that didn't clash with my lectures... I was only given shifts based on my availability.I shadowed with experienced staff who had worked with the company for a number of years, I was also giving the opportunity to ask questions and hands on experience.The bridle app is so effective, it contains all the required information and hold all the information regarding your shifts.Shout out to Steven and Andrew, nothing is too big for them to assist with, they are always at the end of the phone willing to assist and provide guidance to all staff... They are the real ethos of there is no I in Team.I look forward to writing a review as a full time member of staff with Relax Care!

Relax care is in my opinion the best care company I have come across. Their values stated, are followed. They respect and value the clients as well as the carers. There is training and growth avaliable to help grow within my role and improve my knowledge. There is always support from the management team. Since joining the company I now have a work life balance. I would recommend relax care to anyone who is looking to become a carer or be supported at home.
