Well..........Not for the first time I went into a MaccyD’s full of hope and left full of regret and saturated fats.The Pro’s: My Quarter Pounder was 99p.The cons: The restaurant was cold. The fries were cold. The burger was cold. My heart was left cold. Given we order this on an app and we get told it will be freshly prepared it shouldn’t be cold. This was more depression era dining. I think McDonalds need to rethink their food holding procedures. Food seems to wait a long time where in the past it would be binned, now it sits for a long time. I see this more and more and the food quality suffers. McFlurrys are melting. Fries are chewy and stodgy. Burgers are stale and hard to digest. This was no different today. My burger’s constituent parts were clearly around for a while, because there was nothing freshly prepared about it.

Their muffin, hash brown and cappuccino (though no free refills) are so much better than another chain pub restaurant. Will definitely go there again for breakfast/brunch.I have to amend my 5-star review because of a rude staff member who impolitely blamed us for not putting the number plate for the table service in a place where she could see. It was early in the morning and there were literally just 2 tables (including ours) occupied in the inner part of the restaurant. If she could not see the number plate (which was actually put on the table) she could not blame the customers. Did you expect your customers to put the number plates above their heads??Besides, I've not been able to get receipts from the machine for quite a long while.

I've been to this McDonald's on numerous occasions. I've never had a problem with the food but service is very very slow even when not that busy. There seems to be no sense of urgency and customers including myself are always left waiting whilst the staff work at a snail pace and a lot of the time engage in pointless conversation with each other such as what programmes they are watching at the moment. They need to concentrate on the customers and work quicker. 15 minutes is unacceptable to wait for something on the menu that doesn't include any changes or special requests. And this happens regularly.

Good McDonald's by the average person's standard. Normally come after college to grab something. Cleanliness is good on the most part. The only bad thing I can say really is that the wait can be a while sometimes as lots of people do come here during its peak hours.

The McDonald's experience at Solihull Town Centre was good. The inclusion of Happy Meal toys brought genuine joy to the kids, while the adults found themselves equally content. The restaurant offered ample seating space, allowing everyone to comfortably savor their meals.Ordering at McDonald's was a breeze, with a smooth and efficient process that ensured prompt service. The seamless transition from placing orders to receiving them added to the overall positive encounter.

Had to wait a long time for the food, but I expect that's understandable, they were very busy because it's half-term. My chips were cold!

Very busy but self service is available, there is a queue to use them but there is also one inside to the right of where you collect your food which not alot of people know about.

The restaurant was large and clean. I booked table service which seemed to take longer than it should and the food could've been warmer. Think I'd choose collection next time.
