Despite the worry of having a leak on the premises, all the staff, from the team in the office to the engineer who came to survey the job, Pipeline Logistics gave me confidence that the problem would be sorted. And it was; the team that turned up to put in the new water pipe were friendly and happy to tell me what was going on and how it would be sorted. They worked hard all day and tidied up very well before they left. I would thoroughly recommend Pipeline Logistics to anyone requiring their services.

Severn Trent discovered a huge leak springing up from some old underground pipes on our property and gave us 7 days to get it fixed!We called Pipeline Logistics because they had been recommended to us.This could have been a very stressful period but, because of Pipeline Logistics it was actually a seamless process.The whole team were so extremely efficient and effective - from the initial booking in stage with Vanessa to the actual job getting assessed with Steve - all the way through to sorting out paying for the job with Gemma - everything was dealt with in a smooth way.Thank you so much to Steve, Luke, Rob and Max in particular who were so very professional and brilliant.Even when Luke and Rob discovered a hidden underground well under our driveway, they managed to overcome this with ease and a great sense of humour!We really appreciate every one of you. Fraser, Max and Rob from Pipeline Logistics did an excellent job at the start of this week, in very testing conditions due to the very hot weather and the sheer amount of clay that needed removing, mainly by hand. They were hard working, cheery, informative, courteous, and left the site in a clean and tidy condition, as can be seen in the photos. Max and Jos did a brilliant job repairing a leak outside my Grandmothers property. They came out late on a Friday evening, and even worked by torchlight! Very friendly, polite chaps, explained every step of the way and were extremely tidy! Highly recommend!

Monday morning and the mains water supply to our practice had failed. We were struggling by with just a small amount left in our tanks, thinking we would have to close and cancel all or patients. After some quick research on Google we contacted Pipeline logistics. They came to assess the problem within a few hours of our distress call. The next day our problem was located and fixed by lunchtime. The leak could have been anywhere under 30 metres of our concrete access path. With minimal disruption, using their specialist equipment the team located the leak where the mains pipe had failed as it went through the wall into the main building. Within the hour they had dug it out and replaced the faulty section.Thankfully the speedy work meant we had no interruption to our business at all! Excellent work. Pipeline Logistics are very professional and know what they are doing. Probably the best contractors I have ever worked with. All the Management and staff could not have been more helpful.The job involved 150metres of pipe laying across farm lands. The work was done quickly and efficiently with the minimum of disruption.The site was left clean and tidy at the end. Brilliant job!

The team from Pipeline Logistics investigated and detected a water leak at my home, which turned out to be a leak in the mains water pipe between the pavement and my house. I took the option of having the copper pipe replaced with a new 25mm underground water pipe and a new internal stop tap. The work was completed within a few days of the initial survey and the team arrived promptly at the agreed time and the work was carried out efficiently. I was kept informed at each stage of the works and the team cleaned up so there was no trace of them! I am extremely happy with the work carried out and the respect for my home and would recommend Pipeline Logistics for a professional job.

I had been 6 weeks without water and needed to be reconnected to Severn Trent. This involved major underground work to be reconnected. After over 4 weeks with my insurance company unable to get their water team to carry out the work, it was suggested I try and find a company.Pipeline Logistics quoted and within a few days we agreed a day. A quick message to say that it was a pleasure to have Luke and Rob here to solve our water pressure problem.All too often, it feels like tradesmen/experts come to address household issues but with a reluctance to ever go that extra bit, to ensure the best possible solution is provided and that the problem is fully addressed. These two were brilliant and were fully committed to solving the problem, even when they ran up against small issues along the way. Nothing seemed insurmountable.
