Generally helpful and friendly. However it would help if staff could advise that you can't return unopened boxes of karndean tiles before you purchase.

We would thoroughly recommend Rees Tiles as an extremely competent and professional outfit that strive to bring their customers the very best, both in terms of product quality and value. The vibrant Julie in the Heversham office was knowledgeable, as well as helpful and efficient - she guided us to what turned out to be a cracking deal on some exquisite floor tiles which we had transported to London to use in a project we were undertaking there. Rees Tiles delivered a better solution than anything we had been proposed in London - and at much better prices. Testament indeed.
