From the first point of contact to receiving the report, all staff were so so helpful. Excellent service and advice and at such a reasonable cost. I would absolutely recommend anyone to use them! I was looking at a property i had made an offer on and wanted to ensure that there was no asbestos presents in a number of materials. Scientific services were plucked out of then phone book and I couldn’t be more impressed. They worked hard to fit my schedule, and responded very quickly to my initial application. When the surveyor attended site she was brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful and with a great ‘can do’ attitude to get samples from quite difficult locations. The report was turned around very quickly and every point of contact with Scientific Services was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and cost effective, absolutely first rate!

Amazing! Contacted them after we found suspicious looking material in our loft and needed it tested for asbestos before we continued with the work.Communication by email was both prompt and informative, slot booked 2 days after my first contact. I was told the surveyor would be with me at 9am, and sure enough 9am dear Ronan walked down the path. He was polite and helpful, took samples that were required, left no trace that he was even there. Happy to answer any questions and offered reassurance. He even went above and beyond and took the sample straight to the lab for testing,(we live close by though ) and said he would try and get the results emailed to me the same day so I don't have to wait over the weekend. A couple of hours later we had the result! I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround but was very appreciative that they were able to deliver such quick results to save extra time worrying. I wouldn't hesitate to use Scientific Services again, I've had to deal with 2 other asbestos companies previously and both were an utter shambles and didn't fill me with confidence. I will definitely recommend Scientific Services to anyone needing asbestos testing.

We received a prompt quotation and were able to arrange a survey in under a week.Emma our surveyor was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was on site for several hours surveying and collecting samples. We received the report within 2 working days, which was very comprehensive. Carly had sought out plans of the house from the internet, which were used in the report to show locations of samples. I had an Asbestos Maintenance survey carried out recently and from start to finish the service I received from the company was nothing less than perfect!From the initial telephone enquiry to the report being received, everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and highly professional. I was able to get an appointment really quickly. The surveyor was fantastic and his report was back with me within 24 hours, which was amazing.
