This is my personal, honest opinion and review of experiences from dealing with the owner of UKLS - don't trust him; to me his actions as a landlord show him to be unhelpful and neglectful.The owner of UKLS is a landlord who has let at least 5 tenants (my friends) live in a mouldy house over the winter, being very slow to deliver repairs and then hiring contractors who did not satisfactorily fix the problem. The mould is still there and making the tenant's lives difficult. In my view he should fix the problem properly and give compensation for distress caused.
