On the surface they are lovely practice and present well for minor things.However, our last 6 months were different.We were left for 45 minutes whilst waiting for someone to bring out our cat. In that time, we watched others come and go and not one member of staff explained why we were still waiting. It turns out they had put a bandage on too tightly and his paw was twice the size. No apology at all!On another occasion, a nurse came to talk to us about our cat wearing scrubs covered in another animals blood and fluids!When my partner pushed for an answer about whether they are able to treat our cat further as it seemed like they weren't able to give us answers, we were finally told to seek further help from a specialist as it was out of their depth.Our bill jumped also in price very quickly and when questioned soon came down again.

Highcroft Vets are such remarkable team. All my pets are treated so well & are know by the staff. All treatment is of high standard but it is the care before, during & after that gave me great relief & comfort. Phone updates were given & my dog’s recovery was ensured. Thank you to all the staff at Highcroft.
