Ordered a baby gate - out of stock, so had it same day delivery. Driver called to say he was 30mins away. Over an hour later got a text saying they can't deliver the package, and that I need to call them.Is customer service still a thing, or should I be expected to waste my time and then go out of my way to fix something that I'm not paying for to be my problem? Why should I be the one that has to organise with you a delivery, when I have just wasted 3 hours waiting for you? If you can't meet your own standards, don't lie to your customers by saying you can.

They don't always have stock of things and some of the staff have no idea what's going on or how to look things up. Customers can use a computer all by themselves, they don't need to go to staff only for them to look for things in the same place we just did. Waste of time. Just a plane old out of major town Argos. Out dated and tired.

Great shop and very helpful staff. They offer every assistance when looking in catalogue and offer to carry to car. Like this store a lot. Easy parking close to store.

The cashier wasn't pleasant almost rude in fact.. then they couldn't find my reservation. Last time I went it wasn't even 4pm and they had locked the doors and wouldn't let me collect my reservation I'd driven from Newport so wasn't well pleased they told me there tills and computers had now closed not good customer service
