LN Hand Car Wash Ltd

I’ve been here a number of times normally getting the gold wash, probably 5 times this summer. 20.. quid or so.I went in for a Basic wash at 6 quid. They said cost is 10 quid as my cash is too dirty??? I’m confused as it’s a car wash. Says 6 quid on the price list..Normally I wouldn’t quibble as I know if it’s too dirty they need to bring out the big guns.normally I would go for the gold and wax as i do normally bring it in dirty and I get what they suggest. Gold. Wax.. the works...Not impressed and rude. Won’t be going back here. Do I have to clean the car before I bring it to the car wash?? That would be a first..but I was pressed for time and only had 6 quid on me.I know for the basic. Blast with foam blast with water. I ain’t asking for an ultra clean.do what you can for 6 quid.I would have spoken to the manager but I didn’t see him there .. he is a really cool guy and has built a good business, but the guys who laughed and smirked as I was going. No sorry don’t think so. Shame as I have a few loyalty stamps and the previous times were good. I will take it to Tesco next time.All the previous times 5 Star... this time zero. Bad customer service is bad customer service. You can’t turn it back I’m afraid, no second chances when your employees are rude.Overall 3.. but if the manager serves you. I’d give it 5

Extremely rude staff and poor washing technique.The owners/management always talk rudely about other customers, I have on multiple occasions heard them use racial slurs in their own language to a Sikh customer (I am not Sikh myself).When you tell then they've missed a spot they shout at you saying you get what you pay for and try to get you get the more expensive service.Never going here again and I hope others avoid this place - shame because the first time I went they were very nice and gave my car a decent clean. As soon as they realise you're a regular they treat you and your car like s***.

Poor cleaning I had to finish it off myself. Wasn't hoovered properly and wiped inside and outside I could see black spots. Very noticeable my car is yellow. For £20 I was expecting much better clean. Never, never again.

I have been using this place to wash my car and my van for two years now and I have been always happy with the results.They are fast, polite and do a good job for a reasonable price. I have been there at weekends when they are very busy and at quieter time.I do not agree with the bad reviews/reviewers and the only thing I would say to them is 'No problem try another car wash and you will come back to this one'.

I agree with the previous reviews that quality has slipped. I too was a customer for more than 5 years.My advice to them is as follows. 1. Always blast the pressure washer away from the car first. This will get rid of any debris in the washer nozzle. You have chipped an old car of mine when a small stone was stuck in the nozzle as you left it on the ground. 2. Use your pressure washer wisely. More than half a meter distance is advisable else you will strip lacquer off a car. Sometimes you get too friendly with the paintwork and it achieves nothing because dirt is often engrained and needs car shampoo not strip your paint off type pressure. 3. Say no to aqua blades. These scratch the hell out of paint. So please don’t use them on cars. Stick to your chamois or consider investing in a powerful blow dryer for a contactless wash.Good points. Snow foam mix is strong and often a microfiber mitten is not required but they should still check because sometimes a spot can be missed. I haven’t seen them drop a drying towel or cloth on the floor and use it on the car again to scratch it. Staff often friendly and service with a smile.Went today after a long time and selected silver. Missed spots. Had to point them out. The guy was very inpatient and said “have your money ready I don’t have time.” I told him: “you cannot talk to customers like that if you want them to return.” To which he replied: “I have cars to wash and don’t have time.” Zero customer service skills.Having read your response today 20/12/18 it is largely irrelevant. Based on the way your guy spoke to me today I am defined not returning. Even lemonade has good basics to it. Get the basics right. Good day to you sir!

Good car wash in terms of the job but the main guy who actually spoke to me was very rude. Was a bit baffled walked up to me very slowly and just stared and made me really uncomfortable. Difficult to talk to and just ask for a car wash. Seemed miserable and moody. Probably wont come back for that reason.

Reasons for not giving a second thought to this business -1) One of the reviews said they use racial slur against Sikhs. I'm a Sikh (although that has never affected my stand against any form of racism, against anyone) and decline to even consider as a protest2) Having read their replies to other reviews, it was clear they are rude and would never accept their mistake, but go an extra length to blame the customer

Took my car for a wash here today they blasted off my fuel cap from using the pressure washer too closely to the car and then refused to take responsibility for this and claimed it was already broken which is impossible as my fuel cap cannot sit on in position without the mechanism being intact we also watched the CCTV and saw it come flying off. The guy who broke it admitted fault and said he did t realise the cap was partially open and he sprayed it without looking but was hushed by another employee who said he doesn’t understand English and has got his facts wrong.I asked to take a video on My phone of the CCTV but was told not until I pay. I left refusing to pay as I now have to replace my Fuel cap which broke due to the employees negligence. Stay away from this place and listen to the rest of the reviews that say how bad this place is!in reply to your comment about a quotation of how much a replacement is I googled how much a new fuel cap is and checked eBay on my phone which can be proven by my browser history. please do contact the police and the dvla I await communication from them :). If a business has acted negligently which you have a sign saying you take no responsibility is irrelevant as your employee admitted to breaking the fuel cap. it would not be possible for me to have turned up with it broken already as it will not sit in the housing if it is broken at all it would simply fall out as it did when your employee tried to put it back on after he snapped it.

First time at this car wash today - pretty good job my car was sparkling when I came to collect it! The staff were kind and courteous too.If the service stays this way i’ll definitely keep coming! Thank you!
