Dynorod please for the love of god change that absolute rubbish local radio advert it’s awful. It say accept no fakes or pretenders it’s someone pretending to be James Bond using a fake accent , obviously the irony is lost.

Called Dyno-Rod to look at a downstairs toilet when a few local plumbers wouldn't take on the job as they said they would need to remove tiles and the toilet.Dyno-Rod put a camera down the sewer pipe to locate a blockage and had it fixed within an hour.

Avoid this company. Called at the weekend for an emergency call out. Prepaid £200. Service man arrived he advised he needed to speak to his boss on the phone (meanwhile blockage/flood was getting worse). The service man left without advising next action or even trying to really fix the solution. I tried calling the company again after I realised he wasn’t coming back to find that the companys emergency phone line had been switched off. (Meanwhile my business was flooding more and more). There was no way of contacting them until the next day.The boss/owner Finbar agreed to resent a service man who when arrived advised we remove about 2ft worth of flooring and walls to gain access to the pipe. When this was removed he then said it was the wrong pipe opened (which it wasn’t - I’ve the CCTV to prove it’s the exact one that they wanted)So they wanted to cause more construction damages in which I was not pleased about. Therefore i tried to resolve this issue myself, which I did. It was exactly as I thought, it simply needed rodded from the pipe I showed them.When I asked for my money back they then explained that the work was carried out (which it wasn’t as the blockage was cleared by myself) and that due to “health & safety” reason they couldn’t clear the blockage but yet I could (the least DIY person you could meet)This is just a brief overview. I also experienced their employees lying and telling my staff members lies. This company caused major unnecessary construction damage and wont refund me even though the service wasn’t carried out.I will now be taking this to small claims court for liability of all damages and reconstruction work to replace all the damages that occurred from the first call out.My advice is avoid this company and avoid yourself the misery and hardship that comes with their services

called Dyno-rod sept 2020 to repair blocked looFirst engineer arrived with no understanding for the job in hand & after plunging the toilet which was already done numerous times beforehand then proceeded to call for help, he then went and sat in his van for approx. 20 mins.help arrived and yes he did have an understanding of the work but explained to me wife that scaffolding was required so after a period of time walking around they left, my wife asked them to call me before they went but they refused saying office would make contact, contacted office who told me that they did not remove toilets & i needed a Plumber to help them lol.charged me £165.00 which i had to pay before they arrived , i have asked for a full refund or even a part refund which they have refused....i did call a plumber he removed toilet, removed block & resealed toilet great job...stick to your local Plumber guys....
