Not been to tesco for a while but on entering I found it very cold in there I don't know how your staff can work with it being as cold as that.i was wearing a coat and scarf and was still cold . I know it has to be maybe a certain temperature but it was ridiculous.i felt very sorry for the staff especially if having to work a number of hours.

Awful place. Overpriced , Rude staff and you will have to play a game of doge the home delivery trolly pickers as they will run straight in to you if they have to.Sainsburys is far better and a total breath of fresh air compared to this dump.

I was going to buy some clothes from this store, but declined when a member of staff informed me that there were no changing rooms.How can a large store like Tesco expect to maximise clothes sales when there is no where for the customer to try them on for size?The management, or lack of, need investigating in my opinion!

Surprised that they have done away with the fresh fish counter, deli section and meat counter and are replacing them with a sushi bar.Could not find any fresh fish in the store.

Tesco is on the whole expensive but one finds everything one wants. The plus is that the staff is very caring and nice to the customers which leads me to think Tesco treats its employees well.

I didn't understand what was happening today when my trolly wouldn't wheel out of the door. An assistant eventually came and told me the trolly didn't think I had been through a till point, even though I had been through scan as you shop, and paid at the till.She released my trolly but there was no apology for their technical mistake. I left feeling embarrassed, as lots of people watched me struggling with the trolly, and may have thought I was shop lifting.Come on Tesco, mistakes happen, but please respect and look after your honest customers when you make them

Went to Tesco for a new phone and the man who served us was absolutely amazing, incredibly nice and very very helpful!! Considering he was working all on his own and dealing with all the customers he was fantastic, just a shame I can't remember his name!

It's OK for what it is.. Not that much in the usual friendliness of staff but managed to get what I wanted.. Handy place if staying the night on the island and need a place for a few groceries.
