Went in today to purchase a Tiffany doll. I couldnt find them anywhere so I asked Josh if the Chucky dolls were still available. Josh took the time to find out for me, checking in the back and making phone calls. I'm very grateful and thought the customer service was great! :)

This is the worst store I have ever entered in my life. They are worse than what you think. There is no guarantee of return despite the presence of an obvious malfunction, and there is no professional staff. I bought a PlayStation 4 and when I took it home, I found faults in it. When I went to them, they made me wait for more than an hour, and in the end they told me to leave it here to fix it . I came back a few days later, they said that it had been repaired, and when I went home and used it again, the same problem appeared, otherwise they do not want to return it, and stupidly the employee tells me that you have to sell it somewhere else
