Staff here are great, operating a busy drive thru and cafe handling it effectively and always being kind and courteous to customers

In my own experience staff that smiles makes you feel welcome. The staff that served us today is a bit mesirable. The chicken toasties I had was dry and the drinks are not hot. It was a bit disappointing experience.
