Always happy to visit The Model Shop, it’s clean and spacious with lots of variety of new and preowned items. Nice and friendly staff who are always happy to help and offer advice when needed. Plus free parking at the back of the shop = bonus :)

Unbelievably helpful staff. Went out of their way to find what I needed. My son loved their selection of magazines for sale too. Very well stocked shop, with good prices and a friendly atmosphere!

Having sent in a model to be repaired, the people there did a sterling job making it good as new. On top of this, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and there was a very good selection of items available.Would definitely recommend.Keep up the good work,Connor.

Told me they couldn’t source the model kits I wanted air bus Revell technik , even when the model kits can be sourced from various stores that sell Revell kits. Couldn’t assist with helping building the Revell Airbus technik which was a shame. The Revell Airbus technik kit was a new kit.

Portsmouth Model shop is one of the last type of this shop in the area. Always find what I need after checking online. Good experience this time as I was able to get parts and products I needed. If you are starting out or an experienced modeller then you should try this shop. Staff always helpful.

Was around and came around nice old fashion modelshop with model aircrafts, cars and railway. Found some nice things and friendly owner. Will be visiting again if I am around!
