New Focus Counselling

Renee is fantastic. Straight away I felt at ease speaking to her. Over the period of a few months I saw Renee for weekly sessions. I returned a couple of months later for a few more sessions due to something I was going through, and this really helped. Renee has completely changed the way I think about things - situations I’m in, people I’m with and how I think about myself too. I feel so much more positive about everything now, and can approach things with a new viewpoint. I highly recommend Renee as a counsellor, a wonderful lady who really has helped me change my mindset - a skill I’ll take with me for the rest of my life.
