me and my field mate came up to pick some horses ashes only few weeks after my horse was taken there and could not tell me where her ashes was put we called 2 times at butchers on way and on way home we asked to use a toilet as we was going to spend over 100 pounds plus money we was told cant us it so we did not buy any meat and we went just down rd side of rd . we saw cows waiting in dark dirty stalls waiting to die. it was not nice not knowing where my horse was i would have had my ashes if i was not told it was over 1000 when my field mate payed pick up and ashes 690 very upset

girl who answers phone is sooo rude
