I just wanted to pass on my appreciation for the service I received today at the Oxford Westgate store.It was a guy. No idea what his name is. But me and my girlfriend were talking about it over dinner. He was great. And made all the difference.

The female manager with an Australian or New Zealand accent was incredibly rude and angry with me when I tried to return a faulty item. She treated me like dirt. All the staff seem to live in fear of her too. She has no business working in customer service.

Popped into Levis today, immediately greeted by Zayn who was very cheery. He was incredibly helpful and really knowledgeable of policies & store promos. Must say, best retail experience in a long long time. Credit to the brand.

I was super impressed by the service from the staff: advice on fit, running around getting sizes and they even have a service to shorten your jeans free of charge if they can't get your size in your length. I will be coming here again next time I need jeans. Thank you :-)

Fantastic experience today, very kind and helpful staff - supportive but not at all pushy, honest when things did and didn’t work and very easy and decent people. Stefan was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Would recommend.
