Fantastic service throughout from Sarah in the Abingdon showroom to select and ensure we got the kitchen we wanted and now love. Sarah's Father Trevor fitted our kitchen and completed work in the downstairs area of our new home with great care and to a excellent standard which we are really pleased with. Would highly recommend to others.

Having never undertaken a job of this scale at home, we were understandably apprehensive about what to expect. However, having done our research we are so pleased we chose kitchen depot Oxford and would recommend them again and again. From the moment we walked into the showroom it felt personal, the patience, the advice and support through the process was excellent - thank you Tea for all of your help we are in love with our new kitchen!

Not having had a new kitchen for more than 25 years, we were rather daunted at how much we needed to think about and the decisions we had to make. The Oxford branch of Kitchen Depot – and particularly Sarah – made it as straightforward and painless as it could possibly be. She was there with us at every step of the way and it was very clear that her priority was to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted, from the broad picture right down to the very finest details. Our fitter, Damian, was very skilled and similarly worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was as we wanted, consulting at every point. We have indeed ended up with the transformed kitchen we wanted and cannot thank Sarah, Damian and Kitchen Depot Oxford enough.

Thank you to the kitchen depot, specifically Sarah & Trevor for making our dream kitchen a reality.From initial visit to the showroom where we hadn’t booked an appointment, Sarah spent time taking us through all the options to help us make choosing the right kitchen a breeze.The design process was our favourite as the design had obviously been thought through properly and the vision I had in my head became a reality! Sarah was also very patient with me tweaking various bits of the design and the age it took me to decide on the perfect sink colour. The advice given on colours that work together was also great and seeing it in the flesh, it looks epic!Thanks also to Trevor for the fit of the kitchen which has been done to a great standard.Loving the kitchen, and can’t wait to enjoy Xmas in it!

From entering the Oxford show room for the first time the team at the Kitchen Depot were always friendly and welcoming. Working to a tight budget the the Kitchen Depot accommodated our design changes with a smile. The process and timescales were clearly explained by our designer, Tea, so we always knew what was happening. A couple of minor hiccups along the way were remedied with speed ensuring a painless experience compared to our experiences with other kitchen suppliers.

This is our second kitchen with Kitchen Depot, after recently moving house. We love the experience of purchasing a kitchen with TKD. From the very start, you get to be totally involved in the design, and can even view the design in 3D. The price is very reasonable and the kitchen fitter, Paul, is absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Tea designed our kitchen for us and was very professional.

We are very happy with our new kitchen! We had excellent help and advice during the design stage from Tea, including lending us plenty samples. Their recommended fitter, Ryan, did a very good job, carefully, and coped with a few tweaks during the process. We felt very supported by the whole team - thank you.

We are six months in from our kitchen being finished. Our experience with The Kitchen Depot was just amazing from the moment we walked through the door. Sarah greeted us and from that moment on we felt comfortable and assured that we would be looked after and guided through the whole, slightly daunting process, to achieve the kitchen we wanted. Whatever concerns or questions we had, Sarah and Tea were always able to answer and we really do feel that they went out of their way at times to help us. Having agreed to invest in a new kitchen we decided to kick things off by visiting a few showrooms. We started off with our local showroom which happened to be a Kitchen Depot. We were introduced to the designer, Tea, who showed us their products and explained the process. We liked what we saw and decided to look no further. The quality of the kitchen units is excellent and the whole process was made easy for us. We were able to take samples away to check for suitability and colour and encouraged to make as many visits to the showroom as we required to ensure that we were happy.Tea came to us to measure up and arranged for a fitter to contact us to give a fitting quote. Paul, the fitter, came out and gave us a quote which we accepted.We are delighted with the end result. The units and the workmanship from the fitter are excellent. Paul was very accommodating and easy to deal with and he and Tea arranged for the units and appliances to be delivered when required which saved us a problem.We are more than happy to recommend The Kitchen Depot Oxford.
