Havant Nails

I have been going to Havant Nails for over a year now and normally great. I booked over the phone, came in and the guy was doing my nails, whilst doing the colour he seemed to have an argument or disagreement with a colleague (how it looked) he rushed through my colour and kept taking my hands out before the curing time was finished. When i went to pay he answered the phone and ignored me at the end so i gave my money and left. As a result of the rushing, my nails chipped a day later. I called and a lady said come in which i did. When i came in i asked for a new colour as if some chipped then more might. I was made to feel really uncomfortable by all except the lady. At one point they were all inspecting my nails and handling my hands to see. They were then talking away and laughing (i couldn't understand them) but it made me feel so uncomfortable by the way they were. The lady was great and didn't charge me for the new colour which i was very greatful but because of how i was made to feel, i will not be back.

My first time at havant nails was recommended by a friend and I wanted beetlejuice themed nails for Halloween, was very easy to book and the lady did an amazing job for a very very difficult nail art but I am soo happy with how the turned out!!

I made an appointment to get my nails done in my lunch hour but when I turned up at the time I booked I had to wait 1/2 hr due to walk ins that were ahead of me. Can’t see the point in having walk ins priority over booked customers

I don’t normally write reviews but Havant nail studio has gone down hill since I first started using them a few years ago. Booked an appointment for 1pm didn’t get sat in the chair till 1.45pm.One lady started me for acrylic and staff were constantly swapping round to Finnish off different clients? Wich I don’t understand, one lady next to me had 3 different staff do her nails & the lady next to her was started & then made to wait while they swapped to another client, this lady actually said to the nail tech that she was not happy about this service & was told she had time to do her nails. I felt my set was very rushed & lastly I was charged £42 for clear acrylic extensions with French tip painted on…this seems ridiculously expensive for the service & set that was produced.Definitely will not be coming back.

Booked an appointment, arrived and no one was ready. Waited 20 mins and they still weren’t. Salon was full, absolutely pointless waste of my time. Be honest about whether you have an appointment free!!!! Greed over customer care. Won’t go back.

I've tried a few nail salons and Havant Nails is by far the best for me.huge choice of colours and options and the attention to detail by the staff is brilliant!..I work with gloves on all day and there has been no chipping or peeling,they look just as good 2 weeks on!.reasonably priced too!
