If I could give this business minus stars I would.The worst customer service I have received.My relative had been into the shop to speak to a staff member about bridesmaid dresses and was assured that if we emailed a list of styles they would see what they had and find some similar styles.I heard nothing back following emailing them and phoned them to confirm they had received it and to confirm both my appointments. The manager himself checked the email while on the phone to me, assured me it had come through and that they would find the styles they had and get these out and similar styles ready for my bridesmaids on the day.We turned up and nobody there seemed to know what they were doing. It was cramped, dark and there was nowhere to wait whilst they were running late. I then got put in a tiny cupboard and told to choose bridesmaid dresses. They had none of the styles I had requested.The manager had me waiting around to speak to him and once he did denied ever having spoken to me and stated that he would never have said anything that had been in our previous conversations. He was trying to openly provoke me and argue with me in front of a shop full of customers.We tried on some dresses but sadly they were not what we wanted.On leaving the shop my relative gave some feedback to the manager Paul, stating that it had been very disappointing and this needed to be looked into for future bridal parties. He told her that she had said her piece and that she should get out of his shop.I have never known such rude staff members and would say to anyone thinking of going anywhere near this shop to seriously rethink. Their lack of customer service may well ruin for you what should be a fun, exciting day. To not have anyone even say sorry to us for what was clearly a massive mistake on their part is absolutely disgusting.Thank god I found out their true nature before ordering anything with them.

Only place we could find that sold Morilee dresses. Service isn’t great, a bit slow. Doesn’t answer phone and takes a few days to reply to email. Took around 12-15 weeks to get the dresses after we ordered them.

Ordered my dress from here , fantastic customer service the staff made me feel very welcome . Great that I could get the menswear in the same place , made the whole experience much easier . Would definitely recommend

Brilliant service/knowledge, got exactly what I wanted just by answering a few questions. Was nice and relaxed with a bit of banter which made all the difference. Thanks and see u soon for final fittings

I bought my Morilee wedding dress from Ann bridal in 2019. The ladies in the shop were fantastic, so kind, helpful and made me feel at complete ease! You recommended a brilliant seamstress, called Jayne, who made all my alterations! We were supposed to get married in 2020 but finally tied the knot on the 16/04/21! Everyone thought my dress was just beautiful! Can’t recommend Ann Bridal enough, thank you!

Groom, Father of the groom and two best men suits. Service was brilliant. It's a good job I had a second fitting as I had grown a bit in the middle. No problem this was sorted immediatley.

Like most brides, I put an immense amount of pressure on myself to find the perfect dress… which was extremely stressful. I had been to 2 snooty boutiques prior and the point I went to Ann Bridal I was completely over trying on wedding dresses, feeling like I was never going to find ‘the one’. However, I cannot recommend Paul, Chris, Sharon and the team at Ann Bridal enough, they completely turned it around for me. From the second I walked through the door, they immediately put me at ease, calmed all of my anxiety and made shopping for my dress a fun experience!I picked out some dresses I liked and Sharon also picked out some dresses she thought would look good on me - there is nothing this woman does not know about wedding dresses! We had such a laugh with the team as I tried on several dresses and the dress I went with at the end was a complete curveball dress, chosen by Sharon. It had a bit of all the elements I wanted and looked amazing on.They have such a great range of dresses to suit different budgets and, as it is a small boutique, you get a one on one, personalised experience. Ann Bridal also have a great amount of accessories and it didn’t take long before I found the veil to go with my dress. I left the shop feeling on top of the world (of course after taking the obligatory “I said yes to the dress” photo with their cardboard cut out).We also got the 2 bridesmaids dresses from here and the girls looked stunning. There was a wide range of bridesmaids dresses, each coming in different colours. The first dress they tried on was the one the girls and I immediately fell in love with, suited both their body types and they looked unreal.I then took my Husband to be down a couple of weeks later to find his suit. Again, their suit ranges are second to none, with so many colours, styles and prices to choose from. As we got married abroad, my partner ended up hiring a shirt, waistcoat, cravat and trousers, as well as his two groomsmen. For 3 suits, the hire price was so reasonable and they all looked amazing suited and booted on the day.Another great thing with Ann Bridal is, if you buy your wedding dress here you get a discount on bridesmaids dresses and suits for the groomsmen - which helps to save money at a time when every penny counts.From start to finish the team at Ann Bridal look after you. They know their dresses and suits inside out and nothing is too much trouble for them including recommending seamstresses, to updating you with lead times etc. Again, I cannot recommend or thank the team at Ann Bridal enough. Would highly recommend. Got my suit as well as all my groomsmen suits, which were a range of shapes and sizes. Paul was very helpful and accommodating. All done in in good humour too which made it a fun experience too

We used Ann Bridal this December for our wedding suits. We travelled from Bedford as friends had used them a couple years before and as we were so impressed we didnt want to use anyone else. Paul and his wife are so so friendly but professional and efficient at same time. We were over the moon with the suits for our wedding, very smart and great fit. Lots of choice to suit all sorts of tastes, budgets and weddings.I was having a very small wedding and wanted quite a relaxed wedding dress so was a little nervous about going to a bridal shop in case they were a but dismissive.Ann Bridal was the first shop I went to where I met Sharon and the team. Sharon was lovely and immediately took away any nerves - she listened to what I was looking to find and really understood what I wanted, giving us time to browse and making some useful suggestions along the way. There were loads of dresses and accessories to choose from and I'm so glad I found Ann Bridal and my perfect dress there. We went on to hire suits from Mr Mackys downstairs who are just as great and offer a good discount if your dress is from Ann Bridal.Sharon and the team were amazing to deal with from start to end - I can't say enough good things and would highly recommend their store and service to any brides/bridesmaids to be.
