18 months ago I had to pay £18 for a 3 month prescription (HRT) but they could only give me 1 month supply, telling me they would deliver the reminder 2 months when back in Stock. I have rang 3 times to be told they have never had it in!. I am in the process of writing to my MP, the surgery and legal advise. This is just awful service.

Never deliver on time, most often Items missing with no note explaining why, never take blame for mistake and always blame others, horrendous communication skills .

Absolutely brilliant quick and efficient service. By the time I've left the doctors which all of 200 yards away my medication is picked, packed, labeled and ready to collect.

Everytime i make an order for my prescription they say they will deliver on a certain day and when given a time by them they still don't turn up, and I'm very disappointed in them, and because im going away in a few days it's very stressfull.I rang them 3 times today.I am not impressed. Also majority of the time they assume that it is going to my previous address hence i have to keep making sure where they are delivering to.
