I have been debating to write this as I do not do this lightly. I am a florist who recently received a aqua hand tied bouquet.I found out what had been spent as the person who sent it was appalled at what I had received.That’s flowers were sent to a middle aged person ( me) but were so old fashioned it was more like to some one who would be in a older range bracket in there with the choice of flowers Displayed and style, Gift wrapping etcWAKE UP were in the 2022 not the seventies !!!!The reason why I have decided to let other people know of this very very disappointing insdent is of the person who had ordered them was of how they were treated when they went into the shop. When she had asked if certain flowers could be added the person kept saying no, basic things like tulips which are available in January to any florist also a cream rose particularly to be included none of which appeared in the presented bouquet this was ordered in plenty of time for there’s items to be bought in, so no excuses there.The bouquet consisted of AYR x3 Carnations x7 Gyp x1and 2x Geerbra 2 x Lizzyanthus 3x leather leaf and 3 small difference foliage ie eucalyptus etc For 45.00 plus delivery SHAME on youThey even did not ask if the sender would like a card so came with no cardThis kind gesture from them to me turned out to be an terrible experience for them and they felt very depleted when leaving the shop even more so when they saw the gift they had sent. I explained to the sender they were just perfect but in reality I was foaming .. go only if you are ok with poor customer service, low floristry achievement and liked to be overcharged for basic products

(Posting on behalf of my father, 28/02/2023)I ordered the “flaming fiesta hand-tied” bouquet in the large size (£65) for my wife. I had spent more money than I usually would be able to afford for flowers as I wanted to do something special for her. When I arrived at the store for collection, the bouquet was nothing like what I’d ordered, in terms of size and the flowers in it. I did not get the large yellow roses, orange spray roses, cerise alstroemeria or white ammi. The two different types of roses advertised were replaced with a few red roses, one of which was torn. The lilies were not open yet. It was also packed with fern. I understand that due to seasonality sometimes flowers have to be changed, but it didn’t look anything like the bouquet I ordered and looked even smaller than the regular size advertised on their website for £55. I wouldn’t mind the substitutions if the bouquet was still the correct size with the right amount of flowers. When I politely questioned the lady in the store if this was the right bunch of flowers as they did not look like the ones I ordered, she was abrasive and made me feel uncomfortable for asking perfectly valid questions. She told me that prices have gone up due to the cost of living crisis and so this is the value of what I’ve ordered now, stating “the value of flowers are in there” when I could quite clearly see it was not. She then suggested that I also shouldn’t have ordered for a 9am pickup as she had to come into the store extra early to make these when they don’t usually open until 9, and told me not to do this again. The business’ website offered 9am as a pick up option and so I chose it, and of course did not know that they were not open by then, which I told her. I understand there is a cost of living crisis first hand, but I do not think it is acceptable to falsely advertise a quality/size of bouquet to customers on your website, or to reprimand customers for choosing times to collect that you have made available on your own website. I have ordered from this florist before and had no previous problems until now, but I won’t be ordering again. Bitterly disappointed with what feels like a very average bunch of flowers that are not representative of the price.I have attached a photo of the bouquet I received, which can be compared to the photo provided for this bouquet on their website.

I was disappointed with the flowers I bought for a friend’s birthday. They were delivered for me so when I finally got to see the bunch, thought there was very little for the money I had spent. When I tried to give productive feedback to the shop, they weren’t bothered, so I’ll definitely being going elsewhere from now on.

Visited in the hope of buying a card to send to my stepmum for my late dad's wreath. Was told that as I hadn't ordered the flowers through them, I couldn't buy a card from them. Found this to be incredibly petty, small minded and totally devoid of compassion. Luckily, Floral Creations on the Strand were really helpful and will be getting all my future custom.
