Appalling service. Payment pages declining a variety of payment methods - but money taken from the bank account - then receipts indicating decline" on email - has the order been accepted ? is the test on its way ? Average wait for customer services around 30 minutes on the phone to speak to anyone about these issues

I didn’t get my tests. Gave up trying to speak to someone. If you have ordered lateral flow tests and didn’t receive them. Ring the bank and ask them to log a dispute on the payment. They should be able to get your money back through the charge back procedure.

Appalling. Results promised before 7pm did not receive them at all so could not travel. RIP OFF company. Are not offering the services they say that they will provide. Can’t get through on the phone holding five hours.

Do not order from here. Tests don't arrive on time customer service is appalling on hold for over an hour and a half and still nothing sorted after numerous phone calls. Website is down so can't even register the swabs when we finally got them if I could give 0 stars I would
