I've just recently sold a property and Laura and Annabelle were on the ball from the beginning. They secured a sale above asking price within the first week of it going on the market. I was kept updated with the progress of the sale and when issue's arose they were delt with swiftly and honestly. I won't hesitate to use Laura and Annabelle again and they're a total credit to Ascend Properties.

Fantastic service! Laura and Annabelle were incredible from start to finish in my house sale. It wasn't the most straightforward of sales, but they couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Nothing seemed too much trouble and they constantly went out of their way to help me whenever they could.Highly recommend and I will be using them again.

Used Ascend to sell our current and also purchase our next house. Communication was clear and they gave fast responses throughout. Our house sold in 1 week and we were in our next house as quick as was possible thanks to their help.

We recently purchased a house through Ascend. We were really impressed with their professionalism and friendliness from the moment we initially made contact to arrange a viewing. We first met Laura, the branch manager, who was lovely and knowledgable. She told us about the area and knew about the house well. We spoke a lot with Annabelle via email until we finally met her for a second viewing. Not only was she lovely and professional but also super patient as we took forever in the second viewing. Annabelle then went out of her way to get the keys to us the day we completed as we did not arrive in time to the office. Overall, superb service and just lovely people all round.

Removing my 5 star review.Move in was simple. Staff were lovely when I initially moved in. I was happy with the customer service so had no problem with cleaning the spots their team had missed.However, communication became very sporadic with this outfit.At the end of my tenancy, Ascend made a load of nonsense allegations against me in an attempt to take my deposit. Thankfully I was able to provide evidence to disprove their claims, however due to the sheer number of false claims, one got through. I lost £75, despite no evidence whatsoever from the Ascend team.To any prospective tenant, please be careful with these guys. They will deliberately omit photographs from their check-in/check-out inventory reports. Very sketchy behaviour.I bent over backwards during my tenancy, out of good faith, as they were trying to sell the property on behalf of the landlord. Viewings, videos, etc.Clearly their sales staff were not up to the task, and they wanted a bit of quick cash to spruce up the place. Sad to see this company go so far downhill.

Ascend were brilliant from start to finish on finding us a suitable tenant.They were always forthcoming with updates about what was happening and found us good tenants relatively quickly.Laura was fantastic throughout.I cannot recommend them highly enough

Myself and partner bought a house through Ascend in Monton and they have been incredible all round. We bought our house through Laura who was so lovely right from the start, she did everything in her power to make the process the best it can be on their side.We unfortunately had a solicitor who wasn't the greatest, but the staff at Ascend went above and beyond fulfilling tasks by chasing up between those involved that our solicitors should have been doing to get the house complete. Without Laura and her team I think we would have gone through a much more stressful ordeal so we can't thank them enough.We also want to thank Annabelle and Amanda who were amazing and did everything they could to support when Laura wasn't available.I couldn't recommend an estate agent more then Ascend as they provided an incredible service we won't be forgetting.
