Have just signed up with this debt collection company for a 3rd year. Things were a little slow to begin with but have definitely picked up over last few months with them being successful with several invoices I have sent them to collect.Have used a few debt collection companies over the years and to be honest haven’t had much luck but these seem to be the best out there especially with my experience of them.They save me a lot of time dealing with this aspect of the business so keep up the good work as every penny counts.

Only became a client and started using this company back end of last year and have seen very positive results already so long may that continue.I’m a private landlord and have a portfolio of about 90 properties and over the last 12 months have suffered with rent arrears and tenants doing a runner.I was referred to this company by a letting agent and I have been massively impressed with the service up to now. I honestly wish I knew about them sooner than when I did and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you require a bad debt collecting.I have also started using them to do credit checks for me which I didn’t realise was part of the service but very beneficial.

Started using this company 10 months ago after a cold call and been very pleased with their collection rates up to now.Have started getting a lot more debts recently so they save me loads of time sorting them out for me which allows me more time on the golf course.

DEBT COLLECTION REVIEWNormally I just refuse to take the scaffolding down and that usually works to get anything that is outstanding. However I really struggled with a property developer who was winding me up.I didn’t know what to do as I didn’t fancy going through the courts. After speaking to a builder on site he told me to give this lot a call and the rest is history. It took them approximately 10 weeks but they got my money thankfully and then I took the scaffolding down. Appreciate all your help and that’s why I’ve done this review

Had problems with a building contractor refusing to pay me at the back end of last year. This is the first debt I have had so was unsure about what to do as I didn’t have the time to deal with it myself. Was cold called by this company and spoke to their advisor so decided to give them a go. I got about 80% of my debt back as a settlement and I was over the moon with this as they dealt with everything for me from start to finish. My money was in my account within 48 hours after collection. Have really found their credit checking facility very beneficial to my business as well so in general very happy with the service

First time I have ever had to use a company like this as I’ve always been able to recover my own debts.Only started using this company 9 months ago after being cold called I suppose at the right time. I had 2 bad debts at the time which 1 was successfully collected very quickly and the other is ongoing with a settlement looking very likely.Very happy with the service up to now as my biggest debt is the one they collected and hopefully I don’t get anymore.

Started using this company just over 6 months ago as I was struggling to recover a few bad debts and was sick of getting fobbed off. My main debt was just over £10k and was starting to put pressure on my cash flow. I got a lovely phone call last week saying they had collected it in full with interest. I then spoke to the accounts girl who transferred the funds to me on the afternoon. Very impressed with the service and won’t hesitate to use if any other problems arise in thefuture.

Was cold called at a perfect time to be honest as I was having problems with a large building contractor.I was sick to death of getting fobbed off time and time again so after speaking to the advisor I decided to give this company a go and sign up to their services. Although I wanted my money back I was also interested in causing the contractor as much hassle as possible as our relationship had totally gone sour.I don’t know how they did it but they managed to recover over half of my debt which I was very pleased with as I honestly thought they would be flogging a dead horse.Then totally out the blue the building contractor came back to me to do more work for him. As you can imagine I politely declined and wanted nothing more to do with him.Will definitely refer these to any colleagues I know who have any debt problems.

After trying numerous companies within the debt collection industry I had gave up until I was cold called totally out of the blue asking if I had any bad debts.As it happened I was owed quite a bit money from a sizeable building company and I was getting nowhere so was planning on going to court. Anyway this company advised me not to waste my money going down that route and to give them a chance to prove themselves.I signed up to them and let them deal with it. Three months down the line and I agreed on a settlement of just under 75% so was happy with that. I’m pleased to have finally found a company that does what it says on the tin as they did a good job on this case and saved me a lot of time.

Don't waste your time with this company. They take your money for a contract" and produce no results. They will drag it out for as long as possible and then when you don't renew the contract they do nothing regarding your claims."
