I am delighted with the services supplied by Alan Bettin Swimming Pools. First contacts with Donna are excellent, getting assistance directly from her or then getting connected with Tom if required. This team are very knowledgeable and field engineers are highly professional in fixing any pool related problems. I have used the services of Alan Bettin for over 20 years with excellent outcomes.

I have always been a little cautious about having an indoor swimming pool. Lots of horror stories about condensation and other problems.However, I do now have an indoor pool which is serviced by Alan Bettin Swimming Pools Limited.They provide outstanding service. We have encountered very few minor problems but whenever we do they deal with the problems promptly and efficiently, leaving us to enjoy the pool.They really are first class.

Truly awful experience. I wasted an entire Summer with these people. Not once did I have a clean pool for more than a day or two. I asked for assistance and help multiple times and from the top level of this business they are rude and condescending. At the end of the Summer I asked to meet and discuss what could be done better this year. They refused to admit there was any problem so I got another company in. They quickly identified the problem - some of the equipment supposedly being managed by Alan Bettina wasn’t even connected up properly and many of my questions had been perfectly valid. In the month since I’ve used the new company it’s shown me just how awful Bettins were. I’d urge anyone not to use them. What they want is to maximise their payment by not fully carrying out what’s necessary to help a customer like me who wanted twice monthly visits. I’m now paying a fraction of the price for a company who are far superior in every way.

I've been a customer for 20 years which says it all. Bettin have helped me sort out problems with good advice when I've needed it; installed new boilers, pumps, supplied chemicals, covers and have opened and closed down the pool when I've not been able to do it myself. The engineers are a nice bunch and know what they're doing. After some DIY pool maintenance in the pump house went wrong, one phone call to the amazingly sympathetic Tom in the service department, who then arranged for an incredibly quick call out to effect repairs. At all times courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Thoroughly recommend the service provided by Alan Bettin.

Alan Bettin Swimming Pools was highly recommended to me by a friend and now I can understand why. Initially I was looking for someone to close the pool for the winter and possibly service it on an ongoing basis. They were more than happy to attend to review and discuss various options for servicing my pool. They undertook a professional assessment of the pool and immediately pointed out and corrected several faults. There was no pressure from them to use their services in future but undoubtedly I will as I found them extremely knowledgeable and professional. Given my experience to date I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We only started using Alan Bettin Pools last year. Alan Bettin Pools came in an emergency to fix a leaking pump. They then replaced the pump which was failing and did it swiftly and efficiently. Pete also fixed a leak that had started over the winter in one of the joins to the back wash unit. They then opened our pool and left it in a very tidy state to start the season. Pete is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of pool car, including electric covers. I would highly recommend them.
