Amazing service, picked up and dropped off same day for an incredibly reasonable price. Dean and Charlotte communicated with me about how repairs we going all day and went above and beyond to bring my laptop back to life. Could not be happier and will be recommending them and using them when I inevitably break my laptop again!!

Cannot recommend them enough! Super friendly, lovely team, great communication - and unlike some other PC repair services I've been to, never once did I feel 'talked down to' or like I was treated differently because I'm a woman. Fab family-run business, definitely my go-to place for any PC issues I may have in future!

First time use of their services. Excellent advice over the phone. Local to me so an easy trip and free on street parking for drop off and pick-up. Huge thanks to Charlotte, got a text message within three hours giving me an update, cause of issues and resolution options with cost. All very professional, a tip quality repair at a reasonable cost. 10/10

Very happy indeed with the service. Dean was very helpful with his advice which was clear and properly transmitted in writing. Having taken the advice and having had the recommended work carried out to my Mac OS Monterey I am extremely pleased with the outcome.
