I went for a hair dye and this was my first time. I was told that by another PROFESSIONAL hair stylist that they should have really recommended to bleach your hair because my hair is so dark after the coloring. Anyways, i saw the good reviews and that i could trust these guys but clearly not. After treatment my hair was basically the same color and when I explained i could not see any difference she just kept saying give it some time after a few washes it will come out more" or "i dont know about you but i can defo see it!". Basically she was telling me lies cause she knew she was in trouble. Even worse

I have been coming here for over two decades and love it!The staff are amazing and always take the time to listen to what I want, discuss my style with me and make sure that I am 100% happy!If you are looking to get your hair cut and coloured Kirsty is incredible and for a special occasion up-do Charlotte is your women (Charlotte did my wedding hair and my bridal party too)!I cannot rave about this place enough - definitely 5 stars!!

I have been going to Joseph's Hair Salon for about 7 years - I no longer live in the area but I travel nearly two hours to get here as I wouldn't use anyone else for my colour!! II have Charlotte to thank for all the compliments on my hair (she does such a good job people think it's natural blonde). When Charlotte isn't available I book in with Ellen and she does a perfect job. Thank you ladies! :)

I have always been delighted with Joseph’s Hair Salon. I have been going there for many years and have had both short haircuts and longer styles and always been happy with the cut, blow dry and treatments, not to mention the excellent advice. There is a wonderful warm, friendly atmosphere in the salon.

Very pleased with the cut blow dry and colour from Gemma , great friendly atmosphere and attention to detail. Would highly recommend, much better service than the franchised salon that I had been going to for years which are so over priced.

I have always had complete trust in my stylist! I have had a range of hairstyles from long brown hair to very short blonde and have never been disappointed with my hair. I have received many compliments about my hair, including a recent remark about how well my hair had been cut by another professional hairdresser. I am a very satisfied customer!

Always have a wonderful experience here. Reasonable prices and a quality service. Charlotte does my hair and does it perfectly every time. The other hairdressers there are also lovely people and it is a friendly environment to go in to. Has the family feel. Gail is lovely too, always gives a welcoming vibe and takes good care of you. Definitely recommend this salon.

Where do I begin, the moment you step through the door you are greeted by Gail. She provides a warm welcome, spends time catching up with you, there is a real sense of loyalty to the customer from her. When you phone into the salon Gail remembers what you have had in the past and with who making you feel very special. The salon is beautifully decorated and has the options for you to have different treatments. I always have Charlotte colour and cut my hair. I can honestly say I will never trust anyone else outside of Joseph to do my hair. Charlotte is fantastic at colour and the cuts are amazing. In the past ten years I have not once been disappointed. If she is ever away she leaves the information for her other great colourists and hairdressers to take over. Charlotte ensures the client is put first and offers great advice about their colour options and cut, she shares a vision of what she has and delivers exactly that. I could not honestly ask for anymore. There is a family feel inside the salon. All staff are friendly to the clients and each other. There is a huge range of fantastic products to take home with you to help keep your colour and your hair feeling great. They are reasonably prided and last months. Charlotte and staff will only recommend the ones that are completely necessary. They are all miracle workers!

I was recommended this salon and I went today 02-04-2022 for roots colour, a lovely young lady Gemma at Harrow was my stylist. It took her less then 10 mins to apply the dye and she was very friendly, quick and efficient. All other staffs are also very friendly.I sat for 45 mins and my hair was washed and for styling a coin size mousse was applied with 2 mins of diffuser to scrunch my naturally curly hair. When I was done my hair was practically still wet.I was charged a whopping amount of £65 for the treatment. When asked why so much as root colour was for £41. I was explained that applying a coin size mousse and diffuser for a min is classified as a blow dry for curly in their salon.Feedback to Management of Joseph’s Salon chain is to review pricing and classification strategies for curly hair customers.I am not Happy at all. Dissatisfied with the extra charge of £25 for some mousse and Diffuser for 2mins. It’s not same a full on blow dry, so don’t charge it as a blow dry.I have attached my appointment email for reference.Thank youPBiswas
