I was harassed by their former manager. She was lucky, because I was in no mood to be filing a complaint against her back then. You pay such high rent, council tax and SERVICE CHARGE only to be treated like you are a criminal. I would never return to live there, ever. I have been informed that this individual has since been fired, which leads me to believe that I was not the only one whom she mistreated. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour and treatment of polite residents, who are essentially paying their wages. Some of the receptionists were also very unkind and rude, acting like they owned the building. It also seems that they target particular types of people...

Extremely rude staffs in porter lodge, in the beginning you are definitely a criminal or you must prove otherwise.

Update: Changing this review since the building has gone through many changes in the last year.Building undergoing refurbishment. New paint, new carpets, gym infrastructure and equipment is now good, though I am told new machines will be brought in next year. Pool is a lot nicer now with RGB LED lights and plant decor. I believe sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are soon to undergo refurbishment as well. There is underground parking which is very useful. Porter staff have changed drastically, many new and friendly faces. They are quite helpful. CEO of building has changed and provides much better communication. This building is situated in the heart of London (you are next to the London Eye!) and there are plenty of restaurants, activities and food markets on the south bank where it’s located. Being south of the river also means it’s cheaper than many apartments across the river but still prime location. Can walk to and across Westminster bridge, Golden Jubilee bridges or Waterloo bridge in about 10 minutes. If you want a prime location with a concierge, leisure facilities and parking then this is a great place.

Useless stuff, can’t even do a single job right

Porters service is good for parcels but everything else can be difficult. The maintenance can not assist with your apartment much if there are any problems, the porters do not have contacts or preferable vendors for plumbing services. If you have a leak they turn off your water without asking or letting you know first. Even if you isolate the area they will not turn back on without plumber certificate.The management send out comms for general building updates but when you email them personally they sometimes ignore you.The lifts are constantly going out of order. Spoke to neighbours and they say it has been this way for years.Jacuzzi has not been turned back on for almost a year and no updates given.
