I have recently used North West roofing to fix an ongoing roof issue. Water had been coming in my property for weeks and tried 2 other contractors who failed to fix it.The guys at North West fixed my issue first time and no water issues for weeks now.Very happy and would recommend.

After having 3-4 companies around to fix our problem spanning over 2-3 years we decided to call in North West roofing I can't rate them highly enough very helpful and accommodating and done the work needed to a high standard we have not had any problems since we were quoted an affordable amount and would recommend anyone looking for repairs or any roofing need to give them a call

Can't recommend north west enough. Billy and his team done my full roof over a year ago. They beat all other quotes by a long shot. Not had a single issue since the job was done. Since then they have done jobs on my sisters property (again with no issues) and I'd recommend them to anyone else that needed roofing work carried out.

Vastly over charged for the works carried out and previous repair works have been heavily criticised by professional surveyors.They purposefully left two bags of gutter clearing on our roof. These subsequently blocked a section of our drains are have likly caused more damage.I notice the other 5 star reviews are from people with no other reviews to their names. I work with someone who has used North West roofing and has been appalled by there standard of workmanship. When he confronted Billy (North West owner) about this and provided a list of problems of sub standard work, he was abusive on his property. Don't be fooled by Billys chirpy Glasgow manner when you first meet him, he has a nasty side when you have a problem. My colleague has asked me to right this review on his behalf as he would like anonymity.Billy subsequently phoned to apologise and said he would fix the problems, now 6 months later nothing has happened. Other roofers have helped fix the problems North West team where contract to do (to free of charge) as they have been sympathetic to how bad the workmanship of North West Roofing was, however some of the larger work remains undone.

Very bad service. Several poor attempts made to repair a communal roof. Were called back as temporary repair still not adequate and were saw walking on and kicking already fragile tiles. Utterly appalling! Reported to the factor. Surveyor report also confirmed repairs carried out were to a very poor standard""
