Unfortunately I hit a pothole in the road, which ultimately lead to two new front tyres. I therefore made a claim against my local council. After 6 months of waiting to hear back from them, they offered me a fraction of the costs incurred. I got in touch with Hammond Trotter solicitors. Their advice was free, professional and very informative. They were more than happy to represent me against my local council had it been deemed necessary. Thankfully their advice resulted in the council paying out the full amount for two new tyres and tracking. I would highly recommend Hammond trotters solicitors to anyone and would not think twice before calling them again should I ever need too.

ROGUE FIRM BEWARE!! If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chose it. Absolutely useless money grabbing firm, barrister on the day (both days and two separate barristers) were useless and both turned up late. There was very little preparation for my case and they really made no effort to even try and defend me! Steer clear you will only be disappointed and ripped off!

If I could leave 0 star, that would be considered too high. Utterly useless service. Once they’ve had your money, they wash their hands. My barrister was utterly useless, a chocolate teapot would have done a better job in representing me. He was unprepared and had done zero research on statute road law. He got eaten alive by the other barrister. Philip Trotter washed his hands and refused to acknowledge or rectify the situation. Made false promises and when I reminded him of previous conversations, became very rude. DON’T USE THIS FIRM.
